Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to provide high-quality spiritual and decorative products including bracelets, deity idols, figurines, malas, and pyrite frames. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches customers in excellent condition.

This policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacement requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or tampering.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, size, or natural patterns, as crystals, stones, and handcrafted items are naturally unique.
  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance offers, or customized orders (unless damaged or incorrect).

4. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Send an email to customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
  • Order details
  • Clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will generally be eligible for replacement instead of refund.
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification and approval.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if:

  • Replacement is not available, or
  • The return is approved under eligible conditions.

Refund details:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be asked to return the item securely packed.
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging wherever possible.

8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer package appears visibly damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
  • Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted for fragile items such as idols or figurines.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

10. Quality Disclaimer

Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of crystals, stones, malas, and spiritual items:

  • Slight differences in shape, polish, weight, or color are normal.
  • These variations are not considered defects.
